Mr. Gaurav Gupta has carved a remarkable niche in the industry at a remarkably young age, driven by his unwavering dedication and passion, all within just about 6 years. In 2014, he completed his PGDM in Marketing at NMIMS Bangalore, and then made the bold decision to join the family business, proudly flying the company’s banner high and elevating its legacy.

 

Aspiration has always been the compass guiding Mr. Gaurav Gupta. He ventured into launching new product categories exclusively for the Gen Y market, and today, he leads the premium product range at Dollar Industries Limited – Force NXT. His prior experience in sales equipped him with deep insights into the industry. Although he encountered initial challenges when stepping into an established organization, his optimistic attitude and strong business acumen led to the transformation of the brand, establishing large format stores that provide consumers with an ideal shopping experience.

 

Furthermore, he recognized the immense potential of technology in streamlining business processes, reducing manual efforts, and enhancing overall efficiency. In 2017, he assumed the role of director in the joint venture between Dollar Industries Limited and Pepe Jeans Europe BV, further expanding his portfolio.

Ms. Vedika Gupta, known for her enthusiasm and meticulous approach, currently spearheads the marketing division at Dollar Industries Limited. Having completed her MBA from IBS Hyderabad, she joined the company in 2018 and has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing, implementing, and overseeing effective marketing strategies that are closely aligned with Dollar’s business objectives.

 

In the dynamic world of business, aspiration has always been Mr. Gaurav Gupta’s compass. Mr. Aayush Gupta

(Vice President)

Accomplished and driven by goals, Mr. Aayush Gupta represents the third generation of entrepreneurs at Dollar Industries Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and specialized in Global Family Business from S.P. Jain, Mumbai, in 2016. His journey with the family business commenced in 2013, and he currently leads the sales and production team for Eastern India. Under his guidance and leadership, the sales functions are executed effectively to ensure the development, maintenance, and growth of a profitable organization. Notably, Mr. Aayush Gupta plays a crucial role in overseeing the supply chain and logistics operations in Kolkata, contributing to approximately 40% of sales at Dollar Industries Limited.

 

Beyond his primary responsibilities, Mr. Aayush Gupta actively participates in ‘Lakshya,’ a project initiated by Dollar Industries Limited. Rooted in the theory of constraints, the project’s success is closely tied to efficient supply chain management, and Mr. Aayush Gupta ensures that it remains in sync with the project’s objectives.

A graduate of Christ University with a BBA degree, specializing in HR in 2016, Ms. Pallavi Gupta embarked on her journey in the family business with a focus on the HR department. She introduced significant modernization to the company’s HR practices, aligning them with contemporary standards. Her passion for diversified operational areas led her to pursue a master’s degree in Global Family Managed Business, further enhancing her knowledge.

 

Ms. Pallavi Gupta has expanded her role to include oversight of production and sales for the company’s women’s brand, MISSY. Her determination to strengthen the brand’s presence in the women’s wear segment has driven her to continuously experiment with product launches tailored to market demands.

 

Beyond her business roles, Pallavi actively engages in planning and launching various CSR initiatives for the organization. She spearheaded Tirupur’s first-ever Plog Run, a CSR initiative by Dollar Industries, promoting a greener approach to fitness. With over 3500 participants, this event marked a significant milestone in the industry and was the third of its kind in India. Additionally, Pallavi collaborates with several NGOs in Tirupur to contribute to the betterment of society.

Mrs. Swati Gupta

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from J.D. Birla Kolkata, Mrs. Swati Gupta made her entry into the family business in 2018. Her role primarily involves overseeing the institutional sales division, where she is responsible for establishing and nurturing sales relationships with clients, prospects, and consultants within designated market segments. Mrs. Swati Gupta’s leadership has enabled Dollar Industries Limited to supply products to the Canteen Store Department and Central Police Canteen, ensuring easy access to quality products at affordable prices for soldiers, ex-servicemen, and their families.


In addition to her institutional sales responsibilities, Mrs. Swati Gupta leads the retail branding and logistics efforts for Dollar’s innovative business model ‘Lakshya.’ This role involves optimizing the brand’s supply chain and backend operations. ‘Lakshya,’ founded on the ‘Theory of Constraints’ (TOC), has driven Dollar Industries Limited to appoint distributors in areas where direct channels previously did not reach, expanding the brand’s market reach.
