His extensive knowledge of the textile industry is noteworthy. Mr. Gupta has adeptly managed a range of issues affecting global business and boasts vast experience and achievements in general management, health, safety, environment, climate change, and sustainability.

Mr. Srikumar Bandyopadhyay is a commerce graduate from Goenka College of Commerce and has completed Honours in advanced accountancy. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with more than three decades of post qualification experience in direct and indirect taxation, international taxation, finance, commercial laws including FEMA, GST, and Company Law matters. He has handled accounts of big corporate houses including foreign companies in India.

Mr. Sandip Kumar Kejriwal is a Central Council Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is currently serving in various committees of ICSI. He has an extensive experience and exposure in various fields like Company Law, NCLT, and Finance etc and is Practicing Company Secretary for more than 20 years. He is an empanelled Mediator at ‘Calcutta High Court Mediation Committee’. He is a qualified Insolvency Professional and is the past Chairman of Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC), Kolkata in the year 2016.
