Mr. Binay Kumar Gupta boasts a rich history of over three decades in the hosiery industry, and his contributions have been pivotal in establishing the state-of-the-art technology manufacturing unit in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. He played a crucial role in implementing India’s first integrated unit from Fibre to Fashion for the Company. With extensive experience in leading and guiding transformative changes within the organization, he continues to innovate and explore new product avenues, providing the company with a competitive edge in the global market.

Mr. Krishan Kumar Gupta is recognized for his sharp business acumen and solution-driven mindset, having effectively broadened horizons for numerous products at Dollar. He takes charge of nurturing a new and enhanced product range that injects a fresh perspective into the brand’s portfolio. Furthermore, he oversees advertising and brand promotion, a critical component in shaping the Company’s brand identity.

MR. BAJRANG KUMAR GUPTA
Mr. Bajrang Kumar Gupta, with a dedicated tenure of over two decades at the Company, possesses exceptional executive leadership qualities. Renowned for his technical expertise and outstanding export acumen, he has made significant contributions in logistics, cost reduction initiatives, and administration. His extensive knowledge of the textile industry is noteworthy. Mr. Gupta has adeptly managed a range of issues affecting global business and boasts vast experience and achievements in general management, health, safety, environment, climate change, and sustainability.
Ms. Vibha Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant by profession. She is a Licentiate of Insurance from Insurance Institute of India. She is an “Enterprise Leader in a VUCA World Program” certification by INSEAD, Fontainebleau France and “Creative Leadership in Disruptive Times” certification by Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and has also done “Leadership Development Program” certification by Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. She served as CEO – SREI Insurance Business with two additional responsibilities as a Chairperson of SREI Bandhan Spouse Club & Chairperson of POSH – SREI Group.
Ms. Divyaa Newatia is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Presently, she is a Practicing Chartered Accountant having an experience of 15 years. She has adequate experience of handling statutory, internal and other audits of private sector clients and banks. She has gained her expertise in areas of accounts, finance and company law matters.
Mr. Rajesh Kumar Bubna, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Presently, he is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant. Considering his educational background and rich professional experience in the areas of consulting, corporate governance, financial reporting and management he brings with himself in depth working experience. With her exceptionally distinguished record of accomplishments, he is well poised to add significant value and strength to the Board.
Mr. Srikumar Bandyopadhyay is a commerce graduate from Goenka College of Commerce and has completed Honours in advanced accountancy. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with more than three decades of post qualification experience in direct and indirect taxation, international taxation, finance, commercial laws including FEMA, GST, and Company Law matters. He has handled accounts of big corporate houses including foreign companies in India.
Mr. Sandip Kumar Kejriwal is a Central Council Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is currently serving in various committees of ICSI. He has an extensive experience and exposure in various fields like Company Law, NCLT, and Finance etc and is Practicing Company Secretary for more than 20 years. He is an empanelled Mediator at 'Calcutta High Court Mediation Committee'. He is a qualified Insolvency Professional and is the past Chairman of Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC), Kolkata in the year 2016.
Mr. Gopalakrishnan Sarankapani, is a Science Graduate and having vast experience in the field of marketing and administration. Presently, he looks after overall administration of the establishment of the Company.
